Your role

1. Execute well-defined workpackages of R&D projects.
2. Plan and Organize his/her own and team efforts to reach milestones.
3. Use appropriate project management tools to ensure quality of results.
4. Communicate progress and bottlenecks
5.Commission and implement developed technologies into production
6. Provide efficient technical assistance towards business units
7. Provide support to external customers, if sollicited for.
 

Your Profile

 1,Good English (oral and written);

2,Education in materials engineering (or chemical engineering in some universities), specializing in Rubber /Polymer Chemistry, Surface and Interface Chemistry/Physics or Adhension.

3,A PhD degree from a good university, or Master degree with proven experience;

4,Good interpersonal skills.
